Exchanges & Returns


We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we also understand that not every purchase will be exactly right. At Coltish we understand that shopping for clothing online can be difficult, so we are happy to accept exchanges within a 14-day period from date of delivery, provided that each item is returned to us in its original (as sold) condition, unworn, unwashed with packaging and all labels and hygiene stickers intact.
For items that may be faulty, we will issue an exchange or refund upon inspection of the item. Requested exchange items are subject to availability. If we cannot exchange your item for another, a refund will be issued. Please note that where it is clear the care instructions have not been followed, no refund or exchange will be granted.

*Please note that all sale items are final, we do not accept exchanges or returns on jewellery or sale items unless faulty.​ 


Are returns and exchanges free?

The cost of shipping items back to us for the purposes of exchange or return will not be covered or reimbursed by us. Any items that we send back to you will be sent free of charge.
If your item is deemed to be faulty or damaged any reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed when we receive proof of purchase (either through receipt or bank statement). Shipping costs are otherwise non refundable.


Organising a return or exchange


Please first email us at info@coltish.com.au to notify us of your return and reason and upon approval we will provide you with all the details you need.
Using a registered postage service and recording your tracking details will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

Testing the fit after purchase


When trying on swimwear, please ensure that it is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that this hasn’t been done, or the hygiene sticker has been removed.
